  5. The "Capitalize Cool Text" menu option sets a 
  6. flag which is used by the OnHandleCoolLine  
  7. method of the THyperTextParser component. 
  8. This method is used to modify processing of 
  9. Cool text detected by the parser. In this case, 
  10. it capitalizes any text sent to it. (This could 
  11. be used to emphasize important information
  12. such as social security numbers.)

  14. (Note: Assert methods normally are used to abort
  15. all further processing of an action, while the
  16. Handle Methods modify the processing. These
  17. two methods can each be overridden in code by
  18. direct assignment for Assert types and virtual
  19. overriding for Handle types.)
